Dog Portrait Photography

Using all the lighting, posing, and photographic techniques learned in the course, create a series of images which demonstrate your understanding of studio photography. This could be product-based, portrait, or any other subject.
For this project, I decided to explore something completely different from the portrait and product photography I'd been doing all semester. I've always loved the concept of really well-done portraits of animals and I think that it's something we don't see a lot of. All of the below photos are of Ashley Myrberg's dog Gunner (thank you so much!) and they were all done in the school's studio with ProPhoto strobes. There was great attention to retouching, since dogs fur has so many imperfections (dust, stray hairs, etc.)
