As our society grows, sales for homes increase in our country, on a daily basis.
This particular branding will assign an important identity to Team Estates Realty.
Team Estates Realty has been around for a while. As of lately, the idea is taking shape and soon it will be an established brand. Additionally, it is managed by Hatim Bilal a “forward thinking”, confident real-estate broker.
He wants to move into a larger market and needs a brand that will have a lasting impact. It needs to be geared towards the “patriotic” working class. Furthermore, it will walk a fine line between mom and pop and corporate America.
1. Logo / branding: Create an identity for TEAM ESTATES REALTY. It must be functional towards the target audience.
Team Estates Realty potential clients are the target audience for research. In general, they are 29–37 years in age. They are hard workers with a specific understanding and interest in the real-estate market.
