DJV Creative Brand Identity

  • As an independent Creative Director, personalization was a primary goal. Starting with the sketch book to create a rough draft of my ligature accomplished that goal. Another goal was to have an iconic symbol (the pixels). A minimal, yet memorable color pallet of gray, tangerine and lime green was chosen for its energy, and lends itself well to displaying portfolio pieces.
    The double-sided business card utilizes an extremely thick stock with a subtle texture that feels luxurious to the touch. It's comprised of 2 pieces of white stock, with a black layer of stock sandwiched in between. The nonstandard size also helps them to stand out—they are about the same size as a credit card.
